Area of Coverage

We only ship our products to addresses (including PO Boxes) within the 48 contiguous US States. We will not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or to any international destinations.

Shipping Carriers

We currently only use FedEx as our shipping provider. They will ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses as well.

Shipping Cost

You are not required to create an account with us to determine shipping charges. While checking out, fill in the appropriate information for shipping and your charges are calculated right away. If you would like to check shipping to other locations, simply change the address and push the recalculate button. Shipping charges vary by weight, box count and destination and are based on rates charged by the carrier.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Most orders typically ship within 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday) after your order has been placed. Please note that order fulfillment time is completely separate from the package time in transit (shipping method you selected during checkout). The package in transit times refer to the length of time your order will be traveling after it leaves our warehouse in Dover, DE. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery time may vary according to the shipping method you selected during checkout and the location you are shipping to. Please note, that when calculating the package transit time, you may want to verify with FedEx if the shipping method you selected delivers to your shipping location on weekends.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times:

• FedEx Ground - up to 6 business days transit time. This is the least expensive shipping method. Use this for non heat sensitive products.
• FedEx Express Saver - up to 3 business days transit time.
• FedEx 2Day and Overnight - This is the recommended shipping method for all meltable items. When selecting this method and your order has meltable items, we will include a cooling package at no additional charge.

Heat Sensitive Products

To ensure safe delivery, all meltable items need to be shipped using FedEx 2Day Shipping or Overnight, if you are outside the 2 day delivery time via Ground Service. If you choose Ground Service for shipment you should select the box for cool packs and insulation in the shipment. We are not responsible for any items arriving melted.

Please see the map below for estimated transit times on FedEx Ground shipments. All meltable items will only be shipped Monday – Wednesday.

Shipping Policy Disclaimers

• Make sure someone is present at the destination address when the shipping carrier delivers the package. We are not responsible for the package after the first delivery attempt is made. We will notify you via e-mail as soon as your order is shipped so you can track the delivery status.
• We will not issue any refunds or exchanges for packages that come out of their seal during transportation.
• We will not guarantee the integrity of meltable products.

The map bellow can be used to estimate your package transit time. The time shown is the time your parcel will take to travel to you after it is shipped from our warehouse in Dover, DE. Please add to the transit time, an additional 1-3 business days which represents our current order processing time. Please be advised that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days and you should check with FedEx if your location can receive weekend deliveries, otherwise they should not be counted when transit time is being estimated.
